 The vacuum pumps Varian SV65BI are enclosed in the noise reduction cabinet, under your mass spectrometer Waters TQ-S LC/MS. The vacuum pumps are installed on a high quality vibration dampening system to avoid vacuum pumps vibrations being telegraphed to the Mass Spec.
